Unlock Your Creativity and well-being Through Writing
Join us for a unique 5-hour workshop that explores the power of spontaneous and creative writing. Whether you're looking to express yourself, enhance your storytelling skills, or simply reconnect with your inner voice, this workshop provides the space to experiment, create, and share in an inspiring environment.
Through engaging activities, we will explore:
Free and creative writing
Metaphors and creative storytelling
Etymology and the meaning of words
Connecting writing to nature and observation
Oral expression through poetry and performance (no pressure ;) )
Led by Vincent Deslauriers (DLO), an experienced writing teacher and artist, this workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced writers.
What to Bring:
A notebook & pen
Comfortable clothing for indoor & outdoor activities
An open mind & willingness to explore creativity
Bring food if you planned on staying for the night event and hopefully share some of your words with the community.
Location: Tidal Art Centre, a beautiful space fostering artistic expression and community connection.
